Order Processing
Please allow 1 – 2 Hours to process your order, orders placed outside of our opening hours will be processed the next working day. Expect an email within 24 working hours excluding weekends to let you know your order is on the way. Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched the same day, orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next working day.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and we will process a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nutile.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Damages must be reported within 24hours of delivery and where possible signed for as damaged.

NuTile Returns Policy
We hope that you enjoy the purchases you make from NuTile. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with your statutory rights or in accordance with this returns policy.
How to Return an Item
As an alternative to the return options provided by your statutory rights, customers may return items purchased from NuTile under this returns policy in accordance with the following terms:
- Returns made under this Returns Policy must be made within 14 days of delivery of an item.
- Items to be returned must:
Be in a perfect condition. - Be unopened.
- In a resaleable condition.
- To start the returns process, you should email us at info@nutile.co.uk requesting a return in accordance with this returns policy. Include your name, identification of your order (e.g. an order number) and details of the item/items you wish to return.
Entitlement to a Refund
When a return is made the following requirements and procedures set out in this returns policy, a customer is entitled to a full refund of the price you paid for the item/items:
- Taking to account any discounts that were applied at the time of purchase.
- Exclusive of any shipping costs paid.
Processing Returns
Once we have received an item you wish to return:
- We will check the item you returned within, wherever possible 5 days.
- If we confirm that the item and your returns procedure comply with the requirements set out in this returns policy:
- We will let you know that your return has been received and accepted.
- We may offer a reduced refund (for example if an item is returned damaged).
- You will have the option to take the item back (You maybe required to pay for return shipping if necessary).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item purchased for another item (Different style or colour of flooring), you should return the purchased items as usual as set out above and make a new purchase for the new items you wish to have.
A Customer’s Statutory Rights
The returns process under this Returns Policy is provided in addition to customers’ statutory rights and this Returns Policy does not diminish these statutory rights in any way – it simply provides our customers with additional returns option.
A customer has a statutory right to a refund in certain circumstances, E.g. You may have a right to a refund if a product is not fit for purpose or is not of satisfactory quality. Or, if you’re a consumer, you may have a right to simply change your mind and cancel your order in certain circumstances (Your cancellation rights).
