How Does Our Free Sample Service Work?
- Browse and Choose your Free Samples: Find a product you like and click the Free Sample button. You can select up to 3 cut sample tiles for free, which we’ll deliver straight to your door.
- Add More: Keep browsing – order 1 of each free sample at a time.
- Go to Your Basket: Fill in your details at checkout.
- Dispatch: Simply check out by adding your account details and delivery address. No payment details are required for your 3 free samples. Your samples will be with you soon.
- Delivery: All sample orders are delivered for free.
*When considering underfloor heating, ensure that the heating elements are integrated within the subfloor. The heating components should be at least 10mm away from the product. The underfloor heating system must be active for at least two weeks before installing NüTile.
Five days before installation, lower the temperature to 18⁰C. After installation, gradually increase the temperature (1⁰C per hour) to a maximum of 29⁰C. It is recommended to use a thermostat with a floor temperature probe to prevent overheating.
